Dr. Michael Blaha and colleagues from Johns Hot Disease has a good word about it.In a study published in the Mayo Clinic Proceedings,they found that people who exercise less.
The researchers studied the electronic health records of more than 2,000 men and women who underwent treadmill testing as a way to measure how fit they are.People who value the highest fitness has the possibility of 40 percent less likely to die after their first heart attack than those who had lower fitness figures .And those with numbers smaller fitness died a year after suffering their first heart attack.
"The thinking is if you've basically fit,you are more able to withstand these accusations and have good results if you are having a heart attack," says Blaha.
"This is an extraordinary effect.These findings are particularly relevant because a lot of people who have at least some risk factors for heart disease,"he said,quoted from page Health,Wednesday (03/02/2016).
These results demonstrate that making a change with a definite goal could be very important in helping them to say healthy even if they did have a heart attack," says Blaha.
"They have had a family history of heart problems,or high cholesterol,or were smokers,and they want to know what they can do.Now we know that the risk factors,they are still well controlled and improve fitness,they will have a greater chance to survive if they have a heart attack."
